Please note bank transfers usually take 3-5 days.

If you premium account is not activated after this period of time, please check if the money was returned. There might be a typo in the destination account data.

If the money was not returned please provide the following infos to service@world-of-dungeons.net:
* your player account name
* the world you have the account in (e.g. Algarion)
* your real name
* your country (e.g. UK or USA)
* the date you initiated the bank transfer

Please take care to close the payment window after payment is completed. When the payment is complete a world of dungeons page with a button ''Close'' will be displayed.

Immediately after completed the payment by telephone your premium account will be activated.

If you have paid money by telephone and your premium is not active please provide the following infos to service@world-of-dungeons.net:
* your player account name
* the world you have the account in (e.g. Algarion)
* your real name
* your country (e.g. UK or USA)
* the date and time of your phone call
* tarif (1,3,6 or 12 months)
* if you chose to call the number for ''mobile phones'' or for ''fixed net line'' phones
* how many money you think you have paid

Unfortunately some players want to cheat and take advantage by creating multiple accounts, which is ''not'' ok.

To prevent this we perform ip checks regulary.

You may have one account in each world. You may ''not'' have two or more accounts in the same world.

==What happens to my heroes when my premium account expires?==
If your premium account expires your premium character (e.g. priest or paladin, but ''not'' Barbarian, Mage or Archer) will be deactivated. They will be reactivated if you order a premium account again.

Please note that you may continue playing premium ''races'' even if your premium account is expired.
